Booking your holiday
Either telephone [020 7622 6045] or email us to make sure your date is still available (we will hold your provisional booking for 5 days to allow you to send your deposit and booking form.) We have a printable and online booking form on this Web Site. We will confirm your booking by email or text.
No booking can be confirmed until a deposit of £50 low season or £100 high season, per holiday home & per week has
been received either by cheque, postal order or bank transfer. Bookings made in the 8 week payment deadline will need to be paid in full and sent with your booking form.
Some of our guest have liked to [pay-as-they-go]Sorry we cannot take Bank Card payments.
Price:We guarantee the cost of your holiday will be as agreed and shown on your conformation of your booking by post or e-mail.
Party leader must be over 21 years old.
The party leader is responsible for the behaviour of all members of their group and shall ensure that no damage is caused to our caravans, or nuisance caused to other persons on the park. Any damages reported by Agents will be invoice to the party Leader.
No single sex parties.
No pets allowed in any accommodations.
If we find out by our agents on site, that pets are in the caravan. You will be ask to vacate the caravan.
No Smoking in any of the caravans due to Damages.
In the event of the booking being cancelled,
By the hirer within 14 days of the date booked the hirer will be liable for a proportion of the cost minus the deposit, which is forfeited in accordance following scale: -
Paying your balance of your holiday:
The balance of your holiday must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, please remember to allow 5 working days prior to the due date for your payments to reach us. Your Key release form will be sent to you on receipt of full payment, please keep this safe, as you must present this on arrival to the park. Your holiday could be treated as a cancellation if your payment is not received by due date. Contact us and tells us what's happening.
Arrival and Departure times:
We will make your accommodation available from 2pm on the day of your arrival, and our cleaners have promise to have it cleaned at the latest by 3pm. You may arrive at the park earlier and when your accommodation is ready you can move in. In order for us to prepare the caravan for the next guests we ask that you vacate by 10am on your day of departure.
Use of the Caravans:
Only persons listed on your booking form/confirmation may occupy your accommodation and use the park facilities, no more than 8 persons are permitted to occupy our caravans.
Please take care:
Please treat our caravan with respect and care so we the owner and other quests may continue to enjoy it. In the event that you notice damage please report it to us immediately so we can take the necessary action. Our caravan's will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you will be charged for any loss or damage found. We reserve the right to enter any accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.
Unreasonable behaviour:
Where the unreasonable behaviour or anyone in the accomadation impairs the enjoyment. Comfort or health of other guests, Haven or we personnel reserves the right to terminate a holiday without compensation.
Shortering your Holiday :
Where you deside to shortern your holiday for any reason after staying for a night or two. We cannot give you any refund.
We cannot be held responsible for:- Any disturbances made by other Holiday makers or Littlesea [Bourne Leisure] with park maintenance. Tractors or caravan movement, caravans sited on the grounds waiting to be sold or sited on the camp. And general traffic from other holiday makers.
